We find what you want and sell it to you safely. Or you tell us which factory to buy from and we will do it. We have an office in Guangzhou China. When buying a product, you are signing a contract with Oziway, an international company with offices in Asia, Europe and Australia
1. You sign the contract with Oziway (different offices to choose from , in different countries)2. You tell us what you need and we will find the best factory. The minimum quantity is negotiable
3. We inspect the factory and meet the Director or Owner
4. Our office in China signs a contract with the Chinese factory that supplies your product
5. We invoice you for the deposit (usually between 30% and 50%)
6. We will pay a deposit to the factory after ensuring that the factory is able to deliver the goods
7. We will pay the factory in batches (not all of it at once), overseeing the production process and paying them as the production proceeds
8. After the factory finishes production, we organize the Quality Inspection of the products by an international auditing company like SGS or Bureau Veritas or another company if you prefer
9. The entire product batch made for you is sealed in a container, ready for transport
10. Once we get a positive inspection report, including the Chemical Composition report of the product, the rest of the payment is released to the factory (we have to receive this payment from you)
11. The entire product batch is shipped via sea, rail or air, depending on your preference
12. Another inspection can be organized in the Destination sea port, airport or rail terminal
13. We organize the import duties payments, due taxes and VAT or GST payments and then, the products are ready for delivery to you (we can deliver to you, or you can pick them up where we do the inspection upon arrival)
